Whispers of Wisdom

Spiritual Coaching (also known as Spiritual Direction) is a taking a long loving look at the heart and soul of your life with the support of a trained spiritual coach who will accompany you on this deep exploration. What are your questions about God and Spirit? What is stirring in you? Where are you noticing God's presence? Usually we meet one on one for invidual coaching sessions.
 
Each session is approximately an hour long. We will begin our time with some prayer and silence. Then I will spend sometime listening to what you are pondering in your life's journey and reflecting on that with you. We will end with more prayer and silence. We meet about every 4 to 6 weeks for however long you wish. 
 
The cost is $60 per session.
 
We can meet at my home or another mutually agreed upon setting that offers privacy and quiet.
 
ZOOM and FACEBOOK VIDEO CHAT sessions are available for those who need it.
 
Group spiritual direction is also available and is very similar except that those participating take turns having time to ponder their own lives. There is nothing else quite like group spiritual direction; where as a group we pause to really be with someone else in their life and stay with them for a time and ponder and pray together. It is wonderful experience.
