About Whispers of Wisdom

Mission Statement: with Creativity and an Open Heart, I will Nurture the Spirit of LOVE in myself and others. This is my mission. This is my prayer.

Whispers of Wisdom was created first and formost to encourage myself and others to notice and to listen for the wisdom, the love, the joy that comes through silence, through creation, through being present to each other, to notice the sacred in all.

I find that a spiritual companion can go a long way toward helping us create the space and be present to the sacred within each of us. The practices of photography and keeping a spiritual journal have also helped me listen more closely, to be present to all that is. I invite you to join me in a conversation, a workshop, look at some of the photographs or read some of my thoughts. I invite you to lean into the presence of God you feel and listen for those whispers.

“You and I…we meet as strangers, each carrying a mystery within us. I cannot say who you are; I may never know you completely. But I trust that you are a person in your own right, possessed of a beauty and value that are the Earth’s richest treasures.

So I make this promise to you: I will impose no identities upon you, but will invite you to become yourself without shame or fear. I will hold open a space for you in the world and defend your right to fill it with an authentic vocation.

For as long as your search takes, you have my loyalty.”
